Orders & Custom Products
All orders for trophies, awards, medals, plaques, and engraved products are considered final once confirmed. As many of our products are customised, personalised, or engraved specifically for each customer, changes may not be possible once production has commenced.
Product Availability
We aim to provide accurate product information and images. However, colours, sizes, materials, and designs may vary slightly due to supplier availability and manufacturing processes.
Artwork & Engraving
Customers are responsible for ensuring all names, dates, wording, logos, and artwork supplied for engraving are accurate. Geelong’s Allsport Trophies is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is required according to the agreed order terms before products are completed or delivered.
Production & Delivery
Production times may vary depending on product availability, order size, and engraving requirements. We will make every effort to complete orders within the estimated timeframe provided. Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier services.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the personalised nature of engraved and customised products, returns or exchanges may not be accepted unless the product is faulty or damaged. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have any concerns regarding your order.
